Lidded Gondola Railcars

NAC Philotechnic’s lidded gondola railcars are purpose‑built, asset-based rail solutions for moving bulk solids or packaged materials—particularly hazardous and radioactive waste streams—via commercial rail. The lidded design supports emission control and secure containment during transit, helping reduce the potential for releases from dusty, friable, or otherwise dispersible materials. NAC Philotechnics integrates these cars into turnkey logistics (rail routing, contracting, scheduling, transload coordination, and compliant shipment execution) and can help match the railcar configuration (e.g., size, capacity, linings) to the specific material and project requirements.
